HYPD IN - Fake delivered status

i placed an order from site on **/*/** with estimated delivery on **/*/** on **/*/** they sent me delay in shipment messages via whatsapp at around **:** pm
and after around * hours they shipped the product early morning at * am and sent me message for order delivered on same day within * hours which is impossible and when i raised complaint they sent me fake PROOF OF DELIVERY in which there is no address mentioned or no contact details mentioned nothing and kept on saying we delivered your product we cant give you any further proof
even though I didn't get any delivery of product and not even a single call from any delivery executive or any otp from delivery nor any tracking id nothing.
