I ordered a Senheisser wireless headset on *th March **** through the above website. It cost *** INR (including delivery charge). The payment was made through Mobikwik wallet. It got delivered on *th March ****. The product I received was totally fake duplicate faulty product. It was not working either. I was shocked after opening the package. I was a little busy at that time so I post a complaint against it on *th March **** to their email id support@shopdealclue.com and info@shopdealclue.com respectively. After a long waiting, they replied to me and asked for the product images on **th March ****. I immediately posted some pics of the same on that day. I was hoping for the resolution but it never happened. I didn't get a single reply after that from their end till the date. I feel really disappointed about this. If it's not solved within a week then I will proceed to consumer forum and case a file against them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
