My order id is *****, i had ordered few things on **th February, and got a mail from keveshop that your order will be deliver within *-** days, now more than ** days are completed but still i have not received my order yet, i have sent lots of mail to keveshop but still no one is replying.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
