I placed an order of Rs.**** on March ** from Just Herbs website. It has been a week and I got no updates regarding the order. The delivery service(Amazon Shipping) cancelled the shipment as they did not receive the shipment from the seller(Just Herbs). I tried contacting them through WhatsApp, calls and emails but to no avail. And then, I saw people go through the same thing online and knew that I too, had been scammed of my money. The brand is bigger but they are just fraudsters.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
