bullmen motors ramanathapuram - fake commitment of bike booking and too much delay in money refund

I booked my new RE Himalayan bike in bullmen motors showroom,Ramanadhapuram.At the time of booking, sales consultant said, if you book the vehicle today ,the same price will reflect on time of delivery,
so we booked the vehicle.fe days later they called me and said ,sorry sir that commitment was not absolute .you guys please visit the showroom.Even i visit there the sales person was not available.the peoples from showroom said that was fake commitment.so we dropped the plan about vehicle and cancelled it.
already they said refund will reaches you in ** working days. i cancelled and surrendered my booking envelope and cancellation letter on *st may. but still not get the money. the cheater always doing like this to many peoples (i saw through the web page of bullmen showroom ,ramanadhapuram).please take any actions to get my money back.
