Dail4trade - Fake Commitment Money Refund

Myself in business of chemical exports, I recently came across this portal. An executive called me regarding benefits if this portal. First executive told me, our portal is not very much popular like other, we will provide you free genuine inquiry per month, only you have to do is create profile on our site. So I did, but after that, i didn't received a single inquiry. Than other executive from Dail*trade contacted me, i told him the scenario, he told for ** hour he will make my profile active, so that a buyer can contact me. The very next day an overseas customer messages me via whatsapp, she asked me about my products, we discussed all terms and condition, than she asked me for dial*trade verification no than only she will proceed with the order, I contacted the executive and asked for verification id, he told me "Free mai kuch nahi milta." He asked me to go for paid membership, he told me although total amount is **,*** yearly, you initially pay Rs. **,*** we will provide you verification id and balance amount you may pay after you receive the id. So I proceeded with Rs. **,*** on **th September. On **th September, i got call from dail*trade verification department, they allocated me id, but which will be only valid in India, for international verification they are asking me to pay balance Rs. **,*** than only they can provide the id. and the staff is so rude, they dont even have manners to talk. Now I am not going to pay a single rupee to such cheater, defaulter, fake committer. Please help me recovering my money Rs. **,*** back from such low grade company. Its better they beg instead of cheating. I even have whats up screenshots of the executive who commited to me that my work will be done if i pay **,***
