Times job - Fake commitment

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent interaction with Times job representatives, Shri Pooja and Shri Jooya, from the HR team.
On **-**-****, I received a call from Shri Pooja who explained the "Resume Forward" option to me, highlighting its lifetime free validity. During this conversation, she did not mention any additional steps or payments required beyond the initial registration fee.
Subsequently, I was transferred to another manager, Shri Jooya, who then explained the registration fee validity but added that I would need to pay a refundable amount of Rs. **** and Rs. **** for application charges, totaling Rs. *****.
At no point during my initial conversation with Shri Pooja was I informed about these additional costs. Had this information been disclosed upfront, I would not have proceeded with the payment of Rs. ****.
Given this clear miscommunication and the false commitment made by your HR team, I am requesting a refund of the Rs. **** I paid. Please process this refund to my Bank Account.
For your reference, I have recorded the conversations with both Shri Pooja and Shri Jooya. If the refund is not processed, I am prepared to escalate this matter further.
I hope you understand my concern and look forward to a positive response.

Note: Shri. Jooya is very rude and in the call, she is shouting at me and saying "NO REFUND will be initiated and DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT". This is not expected from the Times Job HR Team.
