Exxence India private limited - Fake Canada PR visa

They received my contact number through a job portal and offered a job and PR visa for Canada. I paid ***** initially thus they arranged online interviews and confirmed my job, but I didn’t accept without an offer letter from the employer. They were insisting me to pay another ***** for further process. Then they sent legal agreement on stamp paper. Even after * months, the process isn’t moved one inch. I’ve asked them to at least refund the amount but no response for calls, emails, and msgs. Now they are saying that I’m volunteering to refund so nothing will be refunded.
