Paulo Travels - Fake Bus Ticket Booking by Paytm

I had booked two bus tickets on paytm from Kankavli to Miraroad - Paulo Travels
I paid rs **** for the ticket and i received a mail with the ticket details.
However on the day of travelling Paulo agents told me that there was no such booking made with the PNR that I received and I did not receive any details of the bus or the driver.
I feel like Paytm is scamming people by providing facilities as Paulo agents told me they have no link with the Paytm bookings
I request you to kindly refund the amount that I have paid orelse I will have tò take this ahead to the higher authorities
