Redvus - Fake Bus in Redbuss

Hi,
I've booked ticket from Chanasma,Guj. To Anjar,Guj. On **Oct date in RedBus app (Bus name Sonal Travels). I've reached on Time Mentioned in the ticket slip. But after waiting gor ** minutes no bus came with the name of Sonal Travels. Also the Contact no. Mention in the ticket was not existing. i got to know after checking with other bus operators that there is no any travel company with Sonal Travels which runs in this root. Felt totally deceived and helpless when Red Bus not given reply on my mails, calls, Msgs.
