SareeGo.com - Fake and plastic sarees delivered cheating fraud

I purchased two sarees for Rs**** with order number SG*****. The order is completely worn out, torn, damaged plastic sarees. Not as that in image. Big time fraud. Customer care is denying to accept the product back and process refund. I want my refund back.
The return address logged seems inappropriate
This needs serious customer case lodged. For many have been cheated.
