Freemart - Fake and different thing got delivered

I ordered a product from freemart (https://freemart.co.in/products/new-embroidery-saree-with-blouse-**
) around a week ago now that it has arrived on **/**/** to Sikkim , Jorethang, it's completely different and fake , I tried searching for return policy but it doesn't give any response, the given product is so bad that it can only be thrown atleast I want my money back and want the seller to be fined for cheating.
