I ordered a rimless frame in ***% money back offer of coolwinks.com, I placed an order and call their customer care and asked I am eligible for ***% money back offer. They said yes and then I confirmed the offer. Now they are denying to give money back. As like me, there are "N" number of customer that are facing the same issue. They are cheating customer via showing their fake advertisement.
One of the condition is money back will be offered after ** days returned period is over. But after ** days they come with illogical reason and say that you are not eligible for the offer. This is unethical business practice going.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
