I had purchased Jee preparation course for my daughter. As it is below par, I sent cancelation request within stipulated time by which I should be getting full money refund. In spite of frequent email communication, and their grievance redressal team agreeing to do partial payment, it has been more than ** days and I have not got the promised money

From last Two and a half months bujus helpline representative are dodging me that your refund will be given in one week but no refund has been issued to me. please help.
