Magic Scrubber Merchant Alphaglee - Failure to repalce damaged goods

I had placed an order for an electronic scrubber with Alphaglee with financial intermediary as CC Avenue. (CCAvenue Ref: ************).

The above referenced order was delivered to me with the following identification tags:
Customer IP: **.**.**.**
Order No: ************* dated **/**/****
Payment: INR **** through Net Banking South India.

Delivery advice informed me that the order was being executed by scrollstreet.com and with customer care as aditya@alphaglee.com Contact No. **-**********.

The gadget, however, was not working. The charger light was blinking red and even after * hours of charging the gadget was not turning on.

Immediately I tried to call Alhaglee customer care and the phone was not being attended to even after repeated calls and the dialed number’s identification was showing up as PRINTEX.

I then sent an email to customercare@alhaglee and I got a response from Zipped Solutions Pvt. Ltd. After several email transactions across four days, finally, they advised me to return the gadget at my cost to A-**. *st floor, Khasra No. *** – ***, RangpurI Extension New Delhi ******.

I couriered the package back to this address through DTDC on **/*/**** with consignment No. R********.

I received information from DTDC that they attempted delivery at the address on **th June and that they could not deliver the consignment since the receiver has shifted from the given address. They have now returned the consignment to me and made me pay for its return.

I informed CC Avenue (through phone and email), Alphaglee and Zipped Solutions (through emails). since they have not provided me a working phone contact despite several requests since the contact number they had given ( as mentioned above) is never picked up.
In response to a request from CC Avenue, ZIpped Solutions sent me an email that the address they had given for returning the consignment was correct and blaming the DTDC courier for nondelivery and asking me to resend the consignment at the same address once again.
I sent an email to Zipped Solutions saying that the DTDC wanted the contact number of the delivery office and the name of the contact person who will receive the re-retuned consignment. Todate after three reminders, Zipped Solution has not reverified the forwarding address and nor given me a contact number for the receiving agency.

This online purchase has created so much of hassles for me - to return of a damaged good and get its replacement. Because multiple intermediaries are involved ( CC Avenue, scroll street, Alhaglee, Zip Solutions)– responsibility taking for quality of goods supplied and prompt customer satisfaction have become a casualty.
