kolors Health Care Yelankha - Failure of services by Kolors healthcare yelankha

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the weight loss treatment I enrolled
for on **/**/**** at Kolors Healthcare LLP Yelahanka, based on your staff’s
recommendation for a package costing ₹**,***, payable through a *-month no-cost
EMI via the ShopSe platform.
I have attended five sessions to date. However, I am deeply dissatisfied with the
treatment quality and results:
*. No visible results were observed despite following the sessions as advised.
*. The therapy room was unhygienic, with unclean towels and bedsheets —
raising serious health and safety concerns.
*. During the session on **/**/****, I was given a **-minute sauna heat therapy,
after which I suffered fever and physical weakness for two days, causing severe mental distress.
*. I was not informed in advance about strict dietary requirements, which were only introduced during the course of therapy.
*. I reside in Nagawara (******), near Kalyan Nagar. At the time of joining, your
Kalyan Nagar branch was not operational, though I had clearly informed your staff of my location. Now I am being told to wait for a month until that branch
opens.
*. The package cost of ₹**,*** is much higher than rates advertised in your print, electronic, and social media promotions for similar or superior services.
*. Your staff have refused to provide a refund or cancel the EMI, instead offering to upgrade or hold the treatment — which is not a viable option given the above concerns.

Therefore, I formally request the following:
*. Immediate cancellation of the EMI arranged via the ShopSe third-party.

*. A full refund of ₹**,*** so I can pay off the EMI myself without further mental, financial, or physical burden.
