Purchased Hitachi inverter split AC on *.*.**. Installed on **.*.** after reminding many times. It stopped cooling and the first complaint made on *.*.** through Hitachi mobile app and dealer. Mobile app complaints were closed without any reason and resolving the complaint. The complaint was escalated to the highest level. Hitachi engineers visited several times but the issue could not fix and informed that some part is ordered for replacement. I asked them to immediately replace the whole AC because it is brand new and developed complicated problem not able to resolve. Till today no response from the firm received. In peak summer after spending ***** on a branded product of supposedly good USP, I have helplessly been suffering from mental agony. The dealer informed that as per the company policy breakdown period will not be added to the warranty period, that means I am being cheated from all sides.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
