Agoda is unable to secure my refund back from the property despite the reservation being cancelled within the free cancellation period . It has been more than a month now that I am waiting for the refund. Agoda team has failed miserably to reach out to the property and secure my refund back. Agoda team keeps pushing the dates ahead for resolving this matter. Now I have lost my patience as my credit card statement is now generated and I have to make the payment soon to my credit card company . I am now demanding Agoda to make a full refund to me immediately
