dopecart - failing 30 days return commitment

Dear Sir
I want to return the "Bugzillz New Mosquito Killer USB lamp purchased received on **-*-** vide invoice/order no.*****. It was not upto the mark as per the shown in the video.there was ** days good return commitment so I mailed them the details on *-*-**, *-*-** & *-*-** on there prescribed mail but there is no response till now.
