Andhra Pradesh Govt was released a notification for DSC exam in the following site
apdsc.apcfss.in
As my friend requested me to pay fee for him. I was initiated the transaction of *** rupees as application fee on ** Nov ****.
Money got debited from my Bank of india account and a white screen was displayed.
In that merchant site, no contact email was provided. Only two mobiles numbers were given and which are not working also.
As i dont have any option to reach the merchant I approched Billdesk (payment gatway) for refund. Bill desk team investigated on that transaction and declare that it was successfully settled to merchant with transaction no: PCTR**********.
APCFSS site admin not responded to my mail regarding refund. Please help me to refund my money back.
