Parimatch - Failed transaction and not returning money

I have deposited * times , two of **** each and one *** that Pari match has not returned after several times talking to the customer care representatives they have said please provide a bank staments upto date . Upon providing the stammer the ask for a upto date stament till the day u talk to them which is not possible for most banks and the banks i use as they only provide staments till the available date
