Phonepe - Failed transaction Amount not refunded in my bank account

I made online irctc transaction of rs. ***.** on dt. *.**.**** but transaction was failed. It was mailed by phonepe customer care that amount will be refunded in *-* days.
I mailed and chat with consumer care number of times but till date amount not redunded.
