I placed an order (Order CRN #*********) with eatsure on **th August **** at *.** p.m. as detailed in the app of the Eatsure. Within * min I approached Eatsure for cancellation as per their policy. But the process of cancellation is time consuming and it will easily take more than * min for cancellation due to the lengthy process of cancellation. As per eat sure I placed an order at *.** p.m. and order got cancelled at *.** p.m. Is it possible to prepare food within * mins? I order two biryani and can be Biryani prepared within * mins. Now eatsure is not refunding my amount.
