Naukri.com Fast Forwarded Services - Failed to provide Resume Service

On **th September'**, I bought Naukri.com's Fast forward services. After that they called me back saying my resume rating is bad and that the text resume format is not good for future job hunting. The caller Goutam Mishra and Surya they convinced me that they will improve my resume rating as well as include various ATS compatible keywords and prepare a visual resume by professional Resume writing team.
They also committed to full time assistance in finalizing the Resume via WhatsApp or call whenever required.
Then the reality hit me within * days. They sent me the *st draft that was prepared like a **yr old intern with lots of silly / stupid mistakes. I raised my concern over mail and requested a call back from the person who made earlier mentioned commitments. Then they replied and said that they have not committed this and not committed that, now they are acting like they are not at all interested in improving my resume. Since last one week they have not even responded to my mails.
