On *th May ****, I paid a total of ₹**,*** to Legup, a nanny service provider, for a *-month subscription.
According to the company’s stated terms and conditions, a full refund is guaranteed if they fail to connect the customer with a suitable nanny in a week.
Despite the payment being made over a week ago, the service provider has failed to provide any nanny profiles or leads.
Furthermore, they have now stopped responding to my repeated attempts at communication via their official channels.
This lack of service and refusal to honor their refund policy constitutes a clear deficiency in service and an unfair trade practice.
I am now seeking a full refund of the ₹**,*** paid, along with appropriate compensation for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused due to their non-responsiveness and breach of contract.
Now they have stopped responding to our calls and messages.
