Design Hotels Chennai - Failed to provide me an invoice

Design Hotels failed to provide me an invoice. I asked the manager in charge to provide me an invoice, later on, It's been almost two months. The manager doesn't seem to respond to my emails or messages promptly. The manager keeps saying that the invoice will be sent tomorrow (He has taken more than a month)
