AKSHARA CHIT FUNDS PRIVATE LIMITED - failed to give lifted chit money

I am writing to file a complaint against of M/S Akshara Chit Funds Pvt.LTD. Thorrur Branch regarding the delayed payment of my chit fund amount. I have been a member of chit fund with group code ATRT**J-** and I have paid all my monthly instalments on time until recently.

I had participated in the regular Auction of my chit fund, and my chit was lifted on Sep`****. As per the terms and conditions of the chit fund, the company is required to release the payment within ** days of the lifting of the chit. However, it has been more than * months since the chit was lifted, and I have not received the payment yet.
I have tried to contact the company (Kishore, Rajender and Srinivas) multiple times through Call, What`s app and message, but they have not provided any satisfactory explanation for the delay. This delay has caused me immense financial distress, and I am struggling to meet my financial obligations.
