I had taken the Rs. *** plan with Hobfit Wellness the plan for which expired ** September.
I attended around * sessions but did not find it worthy as not much attention was given and the steps were moved from one to another very quickly.
On contacting the Hobfit Wellness (Shabaiz) i wrote to him stating the unsatisfactory experience to which he said to call the numbers **********
and ********** which i did but no one answered - finally on WA chat a person called Vicky came through and i told him the case to which i was told AMAN the manager will call me - NO ONE has yet called.
I left * reminders with VICKY but he simple said - i cannot get my refund and also made a statement "I HAVE SOME ISSUE" - is this the way your employees speak to customers? (Disheartening Hobfit).
i seriously need not only my money back but also a grienvance package now for being spoken to this rudely ...Trust someone from this place takes it up with the team ..
It is not about the money - it is about the professional attitude for a service not utilized.
I am willing to pay for sessions attended - i just want the remaining balnace back and NOW with the agony of a failed service.
