Dear Sir/Madam
This is in regards to the brand new refrigerator. We bought six month before from Flip Cart by online.
Please refer to the attached invoice number.The refrigerator was working fine at the time of purchase and continued to function properly for nearly * month.Of late, it has developed certain problems regarding its functioning. The cooling has stopped completely. After compliance by us then samsung service representative (Non technician, technician, Sr. technician visit continuously last ** days in pendimic situation that is not good for us and your services representative (God forbid any problem will be happen to us & our family than totally blame will be gone to Samsung company).They are continuing change the part by wielding & other sources but it not resolved now. At a time of repairing some roughly spot & mark showing in different area inside the fridge like very old & used product so it is not acceptable for us. Your service representative finally told us it is not repairable but after that they are again calling/chasing us for visiting again & again that's not good.
Please replace the same as soon as possible.
