* Oct **** - I made the payment of Rs **,*** to FACTS and shared screenshots as confirmation via email to which they acknowledged and shared the credentials for me to sign into their portal (https://www.worldeducationtranscript.com/) and submit the documents required for them to obtains transcripts from Osmania University on my behalf.
** Oct **** - I uploaded all the documents along with filling an authorization form they provided and submitted the application successfully. It took me some time to get the documents scanned from the shop professionally to have clear scanned copies and hence the delay. I received the automated email from FACTS confirming the submission of the application. And they provided me with the deadline of ** Nov ****.
**-Oct-**** - It was not ** Nov yet but there was no update from them so I was checking how was the processing going. Hence I raised a ticket from the portal and wrote to FACTS - "Can I please get an update, its like the application is not even getting forward since I submitted. NO UPDATES AT ALL!" to which they did not respond to, until ** days.

**-Oct-**** - FACTS responded - "Your application in process, due to some holidays there was delay further we will keep you updated in * days."
I called customer support but they always refuse to share any details regarding an update or the process and say "Please avoid phone calls and avoid phone calls, for all queries kindly email so that there are tracking and no miscommunication."
**-Nov-**** - I responded back after waiting enough again - "Hello, its already been *th November. Can I please have an update now as I have not received any email neither see any notes of the site here about the update?" to which they responded * days later.
**-Nov-**** - FACTS informed that they are refunding me Rs. *** deducting from total amount I paid as the university has declined including the provisional certificate in the transcripts. I was okay with it as I only need the transcripts.
**-Dec-**** - I responded again - "Hello, Any update? Where has the process reached?" to which they responded after ** days.
**-Dec-**** - FACTS responded - "Hi! Your MBA mark sheet transcript in process we shall keep you updated. Please share your account number and IFSC code to the refund of Rs. ***/-
**-Dec-**** - I shared the bank details and also asked them why just MBA and not the B.com transcripts as I clearly mentioned in the authorization form that I require both B.com and MBA transcripts and also specifically asked them in the initial email to tell me the exact costs for both the transcripts. I was really frustrated at this point because there was no detailed update from them until I ask them, that too, after DAYS they respond. There is no transparency.
**-Dec-**** - I got really mad and things actually started heating up when they so over-confidently responded that there is no confusion from their end. I went back and checked all the correspondences between me and FACTS and found that they ignore the direct emails sent to them and do not even check details thoroughly in the form submitted. Why running a business when you do not know how to handle customers?
Please see the attached correspondence between me and FACTS that happened after ** dec, they are just beating around the bush and stalling things. I was supposed to give my first CPA paper in Dec which has been delayed due to FACTS. God knows why I trusted them and handed over the money. Should have directly dealt with OU. Please help me get my refund back. This has costed me so much time, patience, and mental health. I'm always so anxious and in stress that I constantly have BP fluctuations and cannot take it anymore.
The reason for me not applying directly with the university for the transcripts was due to the amount of trips and telephonic conversations required with the university. I live far from the university and do not have time for the trips to go to the university and ask an update for transcripts. Recently, one of my friends applied for the transcripts directly with the university as he lives nearby and can go and come whenever he wants and he is not even working, was idle most of the time as waiting to go abroad. He got his transcripts in just *-* weeks, which clearly means university is not delaying anything but FACTS is, by not dealing with the applications properly from their end.
Please let me know if any further information or details required from my end to take this forward.
All I want is my refund of **,*** and an additional compensation of Rs. *,*** due to mental stress and time FACTS has taken from me due to which I could not schedule the CPA exam as soon as possible.
