Physic wallah - facing problem to completely access to my paid prayas batch

i've seen many issues regarding the app. the app doesn't work properly and can not able to access to my paid "prayas" batch recorded lectures. this occurs since the date of purchase of batch and they have not provided the customer complaint no. kindly resolve it. i can't able to study due to the app problems.
