From Myntra textilenow - Facing problem in return due to the no return if the seal Is broken tag is missing from very first

I ordered a anarkali suit set from Myntra - textilenow..but it didn’t come with a seal tag. When I was trying to return the item, the courier people said that a seal tag is needed and without that, the item couldn’t be returned. So I contacted customer care, and they said that they’ll look into it. But I got a response from Myntra that the Logistics Team has not picked up my order and a refund cannot be processed. I again raised an issue regarding this and got the same response. First of all, the product didn’t come with a seal tag, and now I’m unable to return it. Its definitely a scam going on by Myntra.
