vu tv - Facing panel issue

Last year I have purchased VU ** inch Smart Tv from Flipkart. Now there are three vertical lines appear on my Tv. The issue is occurred exactly the date when the warranty has expired. So I have raised the complaint with paid amount Rs.**** for service. The Engineer came and check only one thing that is one white stripe other than that he didn't check anything and said there is an issue on panel. I don't know how its possible that issue happened the same day when warranty over. Now they provide the solution is to change the panel. Instead of changing the panel,we can purchase new TV with that cost. Clearly we can see they are cheating us. I need the solution for this.
