Saurabh Singh filed complaint against Groww App on Dec 27, 2021
I bought Bank nifty ***** put option on Friday, which I was supposed to sell on Monday when market opened at a profit of **** but due to technical problem on groww I could not sell it and now I am facing a loss of **** and if i did not sell it now I might face a loss of upto **** on Thursday, which is the expiry of option.
I tried contacting support, got on chat with them, called them but on call they responded after **minutes by the time I lost all my profit and on chat they said "Sorry sir, we are facing technical issue" which in no where gave me my profit back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
