Dear Sir/ Maim
My self Rakesh Kumar from house no **** sector ** D Chandigarh. I have purchased nexus electric scooter Registration no CH** CW**** on ** Oct **** for my son Named Ayush Negi from Sri Ji Enterprises SCO no *** phase * industrial area Chandigarh pin ******.Since purchase date to till date we are facing so much difficulty in that scooter like charger has been changed due to not charging properly in August **** and during the drive with at ** % remaining charge it will get complete off it happened * or * times. Now again charger having same issues. I gone at above mentioned service centre for resolving the problem but they said we will send the charger to dehli for checking and it will take ** to ** days. There is nothing facility like technician, spare parts for charger as well as for scooter and Staff of the service centre are not taking any responsibility. All costumers are facing difficulties like me. I can't use my scooter due to above mentioned difficulties.
Hence you are requested to collect your scooter and refund me amount whatever you want to refund so that I can purchase Petrol scooter for my son.
