Novel Sharma filed complaint against Facebook on Apr 29, 2018
Facebook has stopped my account even after submitted my id documents. I have given driving license and trying to get in touch with help centre but it is of no use.
My id novelsharma@gmail.com always says we are reviewing your documents from past * months. I have my personal details on account from past ** years now I am worried about my data may be getting misused by facebook or any other person.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
