Instagram - Facebook ID and linked Instagram disabled post hacking

Hello,
I am Ocean Thakur and I had create your account on Instagram named oceanthakur.
My account was linked to the Facebook account where in I used to do ads, for business as well as which purpose. I used to pay Facebook for that . On ** April ****, around *:** PM, I got a suspicious email Showing an unauthorised access and within one minute I got another email to secure my account.
I had not seen these emails, only after seeing my Instagram is disabled. I can see in the first email that my DP has been changed by the hacker do something violating. Which might be the reason I am disabled from both platforms.
No I am also losing not only the present and potential content work but also my daily motivation and my mental health due to this. I had several sleepless nights and anxious days. This is all due to no response from their emails. I am now on my **th day of no resolution.I was expecting them to secure and resolve this ASAP. As a content creator, this platform means a lot to me and I have done the best and I have never nearly even tried to violate their community guidelines.
I hope someone would hear it out and solve this issue for me.
