Neverbuyji - Facebook has disabled my account after taking my money for Ads

I am an old user of Facebook.
I have lost my job in covid and have started a small startup by name healthimental then have tried to promote my business through Facebook. First of all Facebook has not provided any contact number or mail support where we can contact them and raise a query and solve our issue.
They have restricted my account by saying I have violated their rules and regulation, as I am new in the market and have chosen to boost ads which I was not aware what kind of issue they have .
Now I have started another startup with new name and new email id Neverbuyji.com
Facebook has asked for transferring money to run the ads. As I have transferred the money they have restricted my account.

I have not run even a single ad.

What should I do

Where should I go

I am just a common man

They are playing with us

For us each penny is important.

Please help me
