Hi,
I, Sibasankar Padhy, am writing this to inform you that I am facing problem in accessing my facebook account. I have requested four times by giving proper authentication (passport) to confirm my identity. Facebook sent me a link to recover the account first time, but on the first click itself I got link expiry issue. I informed this on the same day itself and after that I have requested for help four-five times to that email, but I have not got any reply from facebook yet.
More specifically that I wrote to facebook goes as follows:
"I have lost complete access to my phone and as the two-factor authentication was turned on, I cannot able to access my account. I have raised this concern in the proper page by giving my passport as a proof for my identity. I got a link to recover my account but on the first click itself, it did not work and showed the link expiry message. After that I have written so many emails. Also lodged fresh requests three times. Every time my requests have been overlooked. This is the reason why I am writing in this Login Issue page.
Please go through my requests in 'Login Approvals Code Issues' and help me recover my account."
