On *th Sep, **, i submitted the AD with Daily budget Rs. *** on Facebook through my account number *************** The ad was "in-review" until *th Sep, **; **.** PM, please find attached the confirmation email of the same from Facebook. I received the attached invoice of Rs.***.** from * Sep ****, billed for period **:** to * Sep ****, **:**. My question is if the AD got approved on *th Sep, ** at **.** PM, Facebook charged me for Rs. *** for just ** minutes of running the AD while i instructed them to run the AD for ** hrs in the similar budget. Please find attached both the documents Invoice for *th Sep and the confirmation email print. I am very sorry to say that i have to struggle a lot in order to make you understand, i am feeling cheated for my hard-earned of Rs. ***.**. Looking forward to adjusting this amount of Rs. ***.** in my prepaid balance and for the proper resolution. In this matter complaint is also raised with facebook vide Case ID ***************
