Ordered products worth Rs.**** on *th Dec'****. Not yet received the products. The phone numbers are switched off, the website doesn't work.
On multiple follow ups, nothing happened. I asked for cancellation and crediting the amount back to my account, still no response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
