Fabbazaar - Fabbazaar shipped wrong product and is not replying for refund

I bought a saree from Fabbazaar after checking the images on their site. The product I received is not even similar to what they have shown on the website. On writing to them with images, asking for a refund, no one has bothered to even reply. Please help in resolving the issue, so I get my money back.
