please confirm me that this my order placed succesfully or not.

iam trying to find my order details conformation of payment but i am getting the status Unpaid but the order amount Rs: *,*** is debited from bank account.
on july *st i received message from BLUEDART Courier Shipment #********** .
i received courier in thar i found two mobile phone boxes. i opend and i try to on phone but not getting on. not getting charge. this mobiles have any brand name and looking too cheep quality.
i try to contact ezeephones.com site. now that site getting server not found.
how can i return this * phones
sir please do necessary about my order and do necessary thing to get my money(₹*,***) back
