Apoorv Agarwal filed complaint against Tikona braodband company on Aug 11, 2020
I have sent company's customer care several mails and many calls. Their engineer visited couple of times and said that there is issue with modem (that was provided by Tikona Company at the time of installation). And their engineer told me that Modem should be replaced from company's side. But this never happened. Since this COVID-** pandemic I am WFH. I have paid * months amount in advance

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
