Noor Ladies Tailor - Extremely bad service

This tailor had taken * of my dress materials for the suit. After that he didn't pick up the phone I tried many times. Also visited his shop many times and after very long he was available but not ready to return my dress material, as his service was too bad so I decided to take back my stuff. Later when I visited his shop he gave my suit stitched in pathetic designs not as per my wish. He had completely styled it his way and spoiled my expensive fabric. The fabric is spoiled and he is not giving me my money back nor my dress material. As it has been stitched into a pathetic design it's not wearable. I want compensation for my loss due to deficiency of the service and also about his misbehaviour. He misbehaved with me and my mother. I have lost my dress material and I have no picture of it as he has taken it and not picking up calls not available at the shop. A clear case of fraud and cheating. This person has started new in this work. The shop is new. Earlier working with Salim Creations another tailor. Please help me.
