Lenskart aqualens - Extreme delivery delay

I am writing to urgently bring to your attention a concerning issue I have faced with Lenskart. On April *, ****, I placed an order (Order Number: **********) with Lenskart, expecting its delivery by April **, ****. However, despite repeated assurances, the order has yet to reach me. As of today, April **, ****, there has been no sign of its arrival.
This prolonged delay has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. I had to miss a crucial video call due to the unavailability of the lenses, resulting in both wasted time and monetary loss. Moreover, the lack of transparency regarding the reasons for the delay, along with the blame-shifting between Lenskart and the delivery service, has aggravated the situation.
I am turning to Voxya seeking your intervention and assistance in resolving this matter. I kindly request your support in expediting the delivery of my order and seeking appropriate compensation for the losses incurred due to this delay.
