HP Gas - Extreme delays in the name of gas connection transfer
POLIMERA SATISH BABU filed complaint against HP Gas on Apr 25, 2019
I have applied for name transfer from my sister to my name at Chaitanya HP Gas Agency, Kondapur, Hyderabad on Apr **, ****. As per customer care, the name change will take just * day if the address is the same. It is already * weeks and it is not processed. Looks like some sales manager has not been assigned to that agency. Every time, I ask they are seeking one more week to resolve the issue. Can you please check and suggest. I have already raised a complaint also to customer support.
