Hello there, I just received my order, which I had ordered * months back. After frequently mailing them and contacting them, I finally received my order only to get so disappointed. I want a refund. The quality of the clothes are totally *rd grade. Also, I only received * of my items. The rest of the * items were not even delivered.
Ive tried to open their website, but it's not opening. Also, they haven't responded yet to my messages on their Instagram page or mail.
I spent more than *k rupees, and its a huge loss.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
