In Digital - Extra service charge applied by cable operator

Complaint details are as:
*st of all, the decision of TRAI is extremely wrong, customers are facing high charge issue as compared to earlier and Nowadays local cable operators are charging an extra service charge of ** Rs+GST. Also given fixed *** channels of FTA, no selection of FTA given. And thereafter for every ** channels they charging **Rs+GST. So total they are charging ***+**+GST for FTA which comes around Rs ***/- without channel selection. Then where goes TRAI channel selection decision ??
Please treat this complaint and take necessary action.

Free channels blocked by the company. For example, public music is a free channel it is also blocked. Please do the needful.
