My credit card was charged twice for single order on **th August. Then I post ticket on support and also call to customer care. Then they told me that I was charged for one of my previous order which was placed on *th may. Which is wrong because am damn sure that it cannot happen as I remember that I made payment for same.
Now, I want to know that if I didn't pay the order amount at the time of delivery they will I get the order.
If yes, then we can receive free order and then close our account.
If no, then how can you deduct the amount after three months.
I have talked customer care for many times, but didn't not get any proper clarification. All they are saying that I was charged on **th aug for the order place on *th may.
